What is Reclaim Prestige
Reclaim Prestige was born out of the understanding that sometimes we loose ourselves in daily life, burn ourselves out or need to recalibrate & neutralise painful life experiences.
When life gets you down, people and circumstances make you question yourself or you are not feeling the best, it's time to reclaim your prestige.
One of my favourite people once told be that in the Hawaiian culture, they say that we are all born with a perfect bowl of light. However, as we grow up and experience life and/or adversity, we collect unresolved discomfort, negative thoughts, experiences & patterns, trauma's etc in the form of rocks that starts to fill our bowl of light. When we have too many rock, they dim our light. However, at any point, when we are ready, we can tip that bowl over and empty those rocks to reclaim your full expression of light. Your prestige.

When life gets you down, people and circumstances make you question yourself or you are not feeling the best, it's time to reclaim your prestige.

Having experienced adversity in many different forms, I refused to quit. I instead focused on learning to adapt, train and found new ways to not only heal & change my own life, but others as well.
Hope and my love for my daughter was what kept me moving forward. I always believed that there is always a better more happier and empowered life ahead if only one chose to seek it. So I did for my daughter. I kept going. I found it.
The adversity helped me discover unique methods which alone were powerful, but together boosted the results achieved, minimising time required and often creating instant results in minutes such as with stress, fears & phobias.
I am living proof that you do heal and do conquer any situation when given the right tools and support.
